How do I place an order with Medal Equipment in the U.S.?
You can place an order directly on our website or by contacting our U.S. sales team. For large orders, we recommend requesting a formal quote.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if your item hasn’t shipped. Please contact customer service immediately to make adjustments.
How long does shipping take within the U.S.?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Transit time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.
Do you offer liftgate delivery or inside delivery?
Yes, we offer both liftgate and inside delivery options during checkout for your convenience
Can I order from a different state than my billing address?
Absolutely. Just make sure your shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly at checkout or noted in your PO.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Refunds are only applicable if the order is canceled before it is processed or shipped. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please report the issue within 48 hours with photo/video evidence. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or initiate a refund.
Do you charge restocking fees for returns?
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for unauthorized or refused returns.

Are your units ETL/NSF/UL certified?
Yes, all of our equipment sold in the U.S. meets required certification standards including ETL, NSF, and/or UL.
Are your products energy efficient
Yes, our equipment is built for long-term performance and meets U.S. energy efficiency standards including ENERGY STAR ratings where applicable.
Do you offer stainless steel exterior or interior finishes?
Yes, most of our models feature high-grade stainless steel exteriors and food-grade stainless steel interiors for hygiene and durability.
Is installation required or plug-and-play?
Most units are plug-and-play, but some larger models may require professional installation for optimal performance and safety.
How do I request warranty service?
Email us at support@medalequipment.com with photos/videos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
What is covered under warranty?
The compressor is covered for 5 years, and parts & labor for 3 years. Damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, installation can be arranged through authorized service partners in select cities. Contact us for availability.
How quickly will someone respond to my service request?
Our team will respond within 2 business days upon receiving a complete warranty/service claim request.
Can I get spare parts for my equipment
Yes, spare parts can be ordered directly from our website or via our parts support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and corporate accounts (subject to approval). Cash on delivery is not supported for commercial orders.
Can I request a payment plan or credit terms?
Yes, businesses can apply for credit terms (Net 15/30) based on eligibility and credit check approval.
